– Professional housekeeping is included in the booking rate,
– Parking available for scooter only, car must park few meters down the street (subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed),
-Smoking is NOT allowed inside the bedrooms, but allowed in the outdoor spaces (any damage caused by smoking will be charged to the guest),
-People other than those in the Guest party set forth above are not allowed to stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
-The villa is located in a residential area. Loud music/noise is prohibited after 10 pm.
